If you are still lucky enough to get your strawberries from a stand, not only do you get delicious, fresh strawberries, but you also get them in those little green punnets. They are perfectly set up for a child's weaving project. Here's what I used:
You could also use strips of paper or fabric, you could tie in knots or glue on buttons, you could use pipe cleaners for the handle. The possibilities are endless. We made these on a play date with a new friend and it was the perfect way to put everyone at ease. Wouldn't these be so fantastic at Easter? Or if you want to bring a few goodies to someone?
