I haven't attempted sewing any Barbie stuff, well, ever- but when my daughter got her first Barbie, I just HAD to make a couple of things. As usual, there were no patterns followed... just me thinking I could just do it and it taking WAY longer than expected. Also, don't check anything on the inside of the dress... pretty scary- and I'm not just talking about her distorted body! The quilt and pillows were quick and easy... pretty self-explanatory. I was thinking about "tying" the quilt, but I haven't got around to it yet... also, we couldn't wait to play with it. Wait! Did I say, "we"? Um, yeah, I meant her. Yeah, that's what I meant.
